I am reading an interesting article in my CRB magazine (that’s Council of Real Estate Brokers designation), about whether to grow or not to grow. Or maybe more so, when to grow and when not to grow. What it really boils down to is growing with the right people. And if there are right people, then in contract there must be wrong people as well. Thus, we find that hiring, or actually already having the wrong people may look good on paper or to the outside world as a “big” company, but could be hurting your company and it’s potential for success from the inside.
